Universal Store in Sydney is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full time Second in Charge role, working closely with the Store Manager. This position follows a Sunday–Thursday roster and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities to develop your leadership career.
As a 2IC you will drive store operations, deliver top customer experiences, coach the team, and ensure VM and stock standards are met while upholding Universal Store culture and values.
