Manon Brasserie in Sydney's CBD is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the evening kitchen team. You will manage your section, prep and plate dishes to our high standards, and contribute to a smooth dinner service.

Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays is required. You will work under the Head Chef, uphold food safety, and collaborate with a passionate, experienced team in a French-brasserie inspired kitchen.
