The Broken Hill Musicians Club is looking for a full-time Duty Manager to join our team.

The Broken Hill Musicians Club, which includes not only the main Club but also the heritage-listed 350-seat Art Deco masterpiece, the Silver City Cinema, is looking for our next senior team member.

The Club includes 5000 plus members, 103 EGMs, 3 function rooms, 130 seat restaurant and revenue in excess of $10 million.

This Club might be remote, but it is NOT small!

About You

A highly organised qualified with proven experience managing teams in the hotel, club, or hospitality industry

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

A strong work ethic with a love for what you do.

Provide strong structure, support, and leadership to your team, setting them up for success with solid systems and processes for every shift

Maintain eagle eyes over the Club to ensure we continue to ace being an experience-led Club above all else - you know the atmosphere our members and guests love.

Help shape the activations and events strategy to drive our members and guests into the Club for great experiences.
