About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused Account Manager to manage key customer relationships across South East Queensland.

Predominantly on the road, you’ll take ownership of a key high-volume residential builder portfolio, strengthening existing partnerships while identifying opportunities to grow the account.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and growing key residential builder relationships
- Conducting regular site visits and customer reviews
- Understanding customer pipelines, projects and product requirements
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Developing account plans and monitoring key sales KPIs
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
- Acting as the key point of contact for customer escalations




- Building strong product and industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor

About You

You’re a commercially minded account management qualified who knows how to build trusted customer relationships and deliver results.

You’ll bring:

- Proven key account management experience within the construction industry
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management
- Strong technical aptitude and product knowledge
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams
- Understanding of relevant industry and regulatory requirements
- Windows and doors experience will be highly regarded
