Minnows Early Learning – Dingley Village VIC

At Minnows Early Learning Dingley Village, we are looking for a passionate, bachelor-qualified early childhood educator for our beautiful, family-owned early learning centre. This position is full-time, running our three and four-year-old early childhood program.

Our ideal Applicants should have,

A warm and welcoming disposition

Sound knowledge of the VEYLDF and the NQF.

Observe, plan and implement an inquiry-based curriculum approach

A strong and effective communicator who is team-orientated.

Ability to lead the program creatively and independently.

Willingness to identify, plan and engage in qualified learning

Experience working in a Long Day Care environment, but not essential.
