L'Occitane Australia Pty is seeking a dedicated Boutique Manager for our Highpoint boutique in Melbourne. You will lead daily operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

The role requires 1–2 years in a similar retail environment with leadership experience. Skin care experience is a plus. A market-competitive salary package and strong development opportunities are offered.
