Adecco Portugal's Australian operation seeks a highly motivated Japanese-speaking Financial / Business Analyst to join the team in Sydney. You will analyse business performance, prepare management reports, and contribute to future investment and M&A; initiatives across Australia and Japan.

Responsibilities include preparing reports for head office in Japan, analysing budgets and KPIs, and supporting strategic projects while liaising with stakeholders in both regions.
