Wonderland Community Services (WCS) is hiring multiple full time Youth Workers to join our Pirates Rest team in Townsville. Immediate start for suitable candidates. You will provide person-centred support to children and young people with complex needs to build life skills and independence.
You will work rotating rosters including evenings and weekends, collaborate with a supportive team, and participate in internal training to maintain trauma-informed practice and safety for all participants.
