WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be considered for educator opportunities, you'll generally need: nn
- A recognised Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification, depending on the role.
n
- A current Paid Blue Card or eligibility to obtain one.
n
- Current first aid qualifications relevant to early childhood settings, as required for the role. OPTIONAL
n
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
n
- Strong communication skills, reliability and a willingness to jump in and help.
n
- Able to work minimum 2x full days per week with full availability and able to travel up to 30 minutes via car
n
- The ability to adapt to different centre environments and work effectively as part of a team.
n
