Ettalong Diggers Club on the Central Coast is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen serving breakfast through dinner. You will support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, prepare items to a high standard, mentor apprentices, and help manage stock and workflow.

Availability across a seven‑day roster is required, with on‑site work in Ettalong Beach. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a Chef de Partie role, NSW Food Safety Supervisor Accreditation, and is committed to
