TIMG is seeking an ICT Service Desk Analyst to support Freightways Australia businesses from Bankstown and Strathfield sites in Sydney. You will resolve incidents, provision endpoints, manage accounts and provide onsite assistance to ensure smooth operations across multiple freight-related brands.

You will work with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, with opportunities to grow toward Level 2 responsibilities.
