Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join Parklands Social, NY Deli & Grill. You will lead the kitchen team, deliver high-quality dishes, and uphold the restaurant's evolving menu philosophy.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will drive daily operations, coach staff, and ensure strict hygiene, safety, and cost controls while contributing creative ideas for ongoing evolution.
