KFC is seeking a Restaurant Support Specialist – Level 1 to provide first-line IT support for our Sydney-area restaurants. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and POS-related issues, acting as the initial contact and guiding teams through resolutions.

This role requires a calming, customer-first approach in a fast-paced workplace. The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement with growth opportunities, ongoing training, and exposure to iconic hospitality technology
