WorkPac is seeking an experienced Property Inspector to conduct routine inspections across a range of residential properties in Western Australia. You will assess property conditions and prepare detailed Property Condition Reports (PCRs) for landlords and property managers.
Travel between properties will be required, and a company pool vehicle is provided. You will liaise with tenants, coordinate access, and ensure reports are completed accurately and on schedule.
