Early Childhood Educators – Full-Time and Casual Positions

We are seeking two full-time educators , as well as casual educators , to join our warm and collaborative team. We are hiring now, although we can offer flexibility for the right candidate, including a potential start date in January 2027.

Pearl Montessori is a Child Safe Organisation . All educators complete child-safety training and thorough screening and onboarding, sharing responsibility for ensuring every child feels safe, respected, heard and protected.

You will:

- Support child-centred learning aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Montessori principles
- Create calm and engaging prepared environments
- Build respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues




- Support children’s development, independence and wellbeing
- Facilitate purposeful, hands-on learning
- Contribute to planning, documentation and reflective practice
- Actively support Pearl’s child-safe culture

Essential requirements

- ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with children, families and colleagues.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Mandatory Foundation of Child Safety Training
- Australian working rights
- Knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards
- A kind, calm and respectful approach
- Commitment to child safety, inclusion and ongoing learning
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate professionallyi
- Three current skilled referees

An advantage, but not essential

- Two or more years of Australian early childhood experience
- Montessori experience or understanding
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Child Protection and Food Handler training

Montessori experience is valued but not essential. We provide training, mentoring and practical support for the right person.

Employment is subject to the required qualification, screening, reference and child-safety checks.
