Bidfood Supply Solutions Girraween is looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Forklift Driver/ Storeperson at our Cold-chain NDC.

This role suits someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, stays focused under pressure and is comfortable operating in chiller and freezer areas.

With a warehouse re-location in approx. 2 years to a state-of-the-art warehouse, we are looking to strengthen and cement the team for when this happens, more detail in the interview stage.

About the role;

Operating hours; 6am-2pm (Full time)

Forklift Licence is essential for this role

Particular jobs, on a fluid level;

- Picking and assembling goods accurately using a High Reach forklift and RF scanning technology
- Put away inbound stock
- Replenish pick faces
- Move stock around warehouse to utilise space
- Maintain tidy pick faces and support warehouse housekeeping
- Work collaboratively within a team

About you;

- A current Australian forklift licence
- Previous forklift and warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A reliable, punctual and hardworking approach
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- The physical ability to safely undertake general warehouse duties
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Experience in food distribution, or a fast-paced warehouse environment would be advantageous
