The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Appointment Setter to join our growing team. You will be calling warm database leads and current inbound enquiries from prospective clients.
Your role will focus on qualifying prospects and booking appointments for our senior consultants and property strategist.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter (desirable)
- Experience in the property or investment industry
- Strong experience using CRM systems
- High computer literacy and attention to detail
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- The ability to influence, overcome objections, and close
- A demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding KPIs
- A self-motivated, proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities
