Learning everything from the ground up.

This is a well sought-after role. The region is booming, the branch is growing and for those wanting to accelerate their career in a Sales, the role will benefit being a part of a successful Branch renowned for handling imports and exports covering a huge region.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

- A structured training plan in order to educate and provide you with every opportunity to develop and succeed in the role moving into Sales.
- Learning Import and Exports operations.
- Quoting across all key ocean freight products – imports, exports, and brokerage
- Assistance in preparation of new business proposals and presentations, working closely with our Imports and Exports team and learning the customer service.
- Qualification and assignment of inbound new business leads.
- Learn the complexities of a changing international freight market and be on the front line of finding innovative solutions to gain current business and generate revenue and profit growth for our branch
- Exposure to the wider business including Air Freight, Perishables, Warehousing, Ports and Wharves and Domestic Transport




- Attending internal and external sales meetings and skills training sessions
- Regular de-briefs with the Branch Manager
