Branch Manager - Intermodal & Specialised

We're looking for a Branch Manager to take the reins of our Townsville Intermodal & Specialised operation.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to lead people, grow the business, strengthen customer relationships and drive branch performance.

What you'll do

- Lead and develop a high-performing operational team.
- Own safety, service, people and financial performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify current business opportunities.
- Drive productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Manage labour, fleet, equipment and resources effectively.
- Set the standard for performance, accountability and culture.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to grow the Townsville operation.
- Represent TGE Freight across the North Queensland market.

- Experience leading a transport, logistics or operational team.
- Strong people leadership and commercial nous.
- A customer-first mindset and a focus on getting results.
- Solid understanding of safety, WHS and transport compliance.
- The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and hold people accountable.
- A practical, hands-on approach and plenty of drive.
