Soonta Group is expanding its hospitality footprint across Victoria. The Assistant Operations Manager will work with the Operations Manager and Store Managers to support daily operations across multiple locations, taking a hands-on approach to develop staff, improve store performance, and maintain consistent food quality and service standards.
You will visit stores, coach teams and monitor costs, rostering and safety, while supporting recruitment and recent store openings in a fast-growing brand.
