About the role

MODE™ supplies automotive performance parts and accessories through our online store. We are looking for an experienced warehouse storeperson who enjoys practical work, keeps stock organised and takes pride in getting customer orders right.

Your main priority will be accurate, timely picking, packing and dispatch. You will also receive deliveries, replenish shelves, prepare product kits and complete stock counts.

This is an active warehouse position involving standing, walking, unpacking cartons and safely handling automotive parts throughout the day. Receiving, restocking, stocktaking and warehouse housekeeping are regular parts of the job.

What you will do

- Pick orders accurately by checking part numbers, quantities and product variations.
- Pack products securely and prepare shipping labels and dispatch paperwork.
- Help ensure orders meet daily courier collection deadlines.
- Receive and unpack deliveries, check quantities and report damage or discrepancies.
- Put stock into the correct locations and replenish picking shelves.




- Prepare product kits using clear instructions and checklists.
- Complete barcode and manual stock counts using our stocktake app.
- Prepare approved supplier returns.
- Keep shelves, labels, packing stations and warehouse aisles organised.
- Move pallets and operate warehouse equipment where trained and authorised.
- Report mistakes and stock discrepancies promptly so they can be resolved.

What we are looking for

- Previous picking, packing or storeperson experience.
- Solid attention to detail, particularly with similar-looking products and part numbers.
- A reliable, organised approach and a consistent working pace.
- Confidence using computers, scanners and straightforward inventory software.
- Ability to carry out the physical duties safely, using handling aids and team assistance where required.
- Someone who follows procedures, communicates clearly and gets on with the next priority.
- A genuine interest in an ongoing warehouse role.

Automotive parts experience is an advantage, but it is not essential. We can teach you our products.

Forklift or walkie stacker experience is desirable. Any equipment operation will depend on the required licence, training and authorisation.

What we offer

- $65,000-$70,000 base salary plus super, depending on relevant experience.
