About the role

We are seeking a Massage Therapist to join our team, providing on-site / home-based services. You will be responsible for conducting client assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality therapeutic massage treatments appropriate to individual client needs. This involves using a range of manual techniques, such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, to address musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction while maintaining accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress reports.



You will also provide clients with rehabilitation advice, including stretching exercises and relaxation techniques. Continuing career development is encouraged to stay updated with the latest techniques and therapies. This role is available for casual employment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough, gentle physical assessments taking into account the complex medical histories of residents.
- Deliver specialised geriatric, remedial, or relaxation massage techniques adapted for fragile skin and joint sensitivity.
- Support residents living with chronic conditions (e.g., arthritis, dementia, Parkinson's) to manage pain and reduce anxiety.
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and progress notes in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
