The Challenge
Reporting to the National Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:
- Assist in management of the AP Mailbox
- Processing vendor invoices
- Trust processing
- Help manage the expense management system
- Preparing and matching invoices for the daily payment runs
- National Credit card management - processing and payments
- New vendor setup
- Online disbursements file loads from external service providers
- Employee expense claimsli>
- Ad hoc queries and requests from team members and managers as required.
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- Prior experience in an accounts or accounts payable position; or exposure to working in a professional services firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal departments and external parties
- Great attention to detail with a commitment to delivering excellent results and high-quality work
- Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies and improving processes
- Experience working collaboratively in a finance team environment
