Mulgrave Complete Care is seeking an organised, reliable and detail-oriented Care Coordinator – Rostering & Administration to support daily operations. Working under the regular supervision and guidance of the General Manager or delegated supervisor, you will assist with staff rostering, MYOB data entry, participant administration and general office duties, following established policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain and update support worker rosters using Brevity
- Coordinate routine roster changes and communicate shift updates
- Complete MYOB data entry and assist with invoice administration
- Maintain accurate participant, staff and financial records
- Respond to routine enquiries and assist with general administration
- Identify discrepancies, roster gaps and concerns,



escalating these to your supervisor
- Follow organisational procedures and maintain confidentiality

About you

- Experience in rostering, scheduling or administration
- Solid computer skills and attention to detail
- MYOB experience and familiarity with Brevity are highly regarded
- Good communication, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to follow established procedures, work under supervision and accept feedback
- NDIS or disability services experience is desirable but not essential
