The Opportunity

As our Service Manager, you'll lead our Victorian Mobile Breakdown Services and Branch Technician teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving growth, performance and customer satisfaction.

Working closely with the General Manager - Victoria, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, develop your team and expand our service offering across the region.





Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow our service division, including breakdown services and installations
- Manage and support our Victorian-based technicians
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
- Drive exceptional customer service and service delivery standards
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers
- Work with the General Manager - Victoria to identify growth opportunities
- Source specialised products and solutions when required

About You

You're someone who enjoys leading from the front and has the technical credibility to support both customers and technicians.

You’ll bring:

- Hydraulic industry experience and strong technical knowledge
- Experience leading, mentoring or managing technicians
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities and theability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Sound computer, literacy and numeracy skills
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to get involved when required

Previous experience in a customer-facing mechanical, industrial or hydraulic environment will be highly regarded.
