We're looking for a Retail Business Leader to lead our Bennetts Green store, develop a solid team and deliver great results through exceptional customer service. You'll bring energy, clear direction and a hands-on approach, taking ownership of store performance while creating an workplace where your team can succeed. Furniture experience isn't essential-strong retail leadership is.

About the role

You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the store, leading the sales and warehouse teams to deliver a smooth customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and developing your team.




- Driving sales and achieving store performance targets.
- Managing rosters, staffing and daily priorities.
- Overseeing stock management, merchandising and store presentation.
- Maintaining a safe workplace and consistent operating standards.
- Resolving customer concerns and finding opportunities to improve service.

About you

You’re a confident retail leader who leads by example, builds strong relationships and knows how to turn goals into results.

You’ll bring:

- Experience managing a retail store or a substantial retail team.
- A track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
- Strong coaching, communication and people management skills.
- Commercial awareness and confidence using performance data.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and make practical decisions.
- Flexibility to work across a retail roster, including weekends.
