The Role

Senior Contract Administrator $100M+ Project | Parramatta

You’ll be part of a high-performing project team delivering a major flagship project, with the support of leadership that invests in commercial capability and progression.

Day-to-day you’ll be across:

- Subcontract letting support, contract scoping and procurement

- Head contract administration across award to completion

- Progress claims, variations, and cost reporting

- Budget management and financial forecasting (with commercial accountability)

- RFI management and coordination aligned to delivery requirements

- Managing subcontractor commercial administration to protect margin and reduce risk

- Supporting project delivery from award through to handover (and beyond where needed)

This role suits someone with a strong CA background across:





- New build is a MUST

- Head contract experience + subcontract management

- A commercial mindset and a proven track record of accuracy and delivery

What You Actually Need

- 5+ years experience as a Contract Administrator (reputable builder)

- Strong understanding of contract management and the construction lifecycle

- Head contract experience (ideal if you’ve worked on $50M–$150M+ environments)

- A sharp eye for detail and robust commercial awareness

- Ability to build relationships with subbies, clients, consultants and internal teams

- Drive to grow into bigger leadership responsibilities on major projects
