Coates in Cairns is seeking an Account Manager – Client Growth & Business Development to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities for Employee Assistance Services. You will manage a portfolio of clients, build stakeholder relationships and collaborate with Growth, Allied Health and Marketing teams to develop proposals, tenders, and recent business opportunities.

You will also back up intake processes, support during peak periods, and coordinate EOIs, RFQs and tender
