Streem is hiring a Customer Support professional in a full-time, daytime, Monday-to-Friday role. You will help clients maximise Streem’s real-time media intelligence platform, including briefs setup, data handling and reporting tasks, in a fast-paced media environment.
You’ll engage with customers via phone, email and live chat, learn current systems and tools, and collaborate with Account Management and Operations to improve the platform and client experience.
