Hakley Gardens are a high-end garden maintenance and soft landscaping company in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. We're currently seeking Gardeners/Horticulturist in a number of roles with industry experience who are looking to take their career to the next level.
Work Schedule:
- Consistent hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute advanced hedging and topiary projects
- Implement effective and sustainable pest management solutions
- Optimise irrigation settings for a variety of plant types
- Conduct in-depth plant health analyses
- Prepare comprehensive work reports for client portfolios
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in horticulture industry
- Current manual driver's license
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team leader
- Cert III in Horticulture preferred
- Exceptional standards in all aspects of garden maintenance
- Uniform and boots allowance
- Advanced on-the-job training and skill development
- Chance to work on prestigious and challenging projects
