Our client is an established 40 years builder, highly respected and specialising in new home builds across QLD and NSW. Backed by continued growth and a strong pipeline, the business is entering an exciting next phase.

About the Position

Due to growth, a position has been created for an experienced Draftsperson to join the team in a broad role!

Responsibilities

- Prepare sitings, floor plans, elevations and sales plans
- Preparing full working drawings through construction phase
- Review custom and complex jobs
- Assist with new designs and master plans

The successful candidate





Our ideal candidate will be a highly experienced residential draftsperson and will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Minimum 4 years residential drafting experience
- Custom build experience highly regarded
- NSW experience advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
