FIVE is Melbourne’s newest vineyard in Mernda, located 40km north of Melbourne CBD, offering three event spaces and a wine bar serving share plates. We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our creative, inclusive kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will be well-organised, with 2+ years in a similar role, a passion for seasonal menus and current food trends, and experience in function service. You will assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and coaching junior staff.
