Freightways is seeking a practical IT Service Desk professional to support multiple Freightways Australia businesses, including Allied Express, TIMG, Shred-X/Med-X and VT Freight Express. You will resolve routine incidents, manage tickets and provide transparent updates to users from our Sydney service desk.
You will configure and provision endpoints, install approved software and assist with deployments and relocations. Strong communication and foundational IT skills are essential for success.
