Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park is seeking a agile Sous Chef to join Joseph's restaurant. You will work with the Executive Chef to run the pass, train staff, and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards and seamless service.

This leadership role requires 1+ years in a Sous/Junior Sous role, strong cooking technique knowledge, and the ability to control food costs, stock, and OH&S; compliance.
