Amazon Moorebank is seeking an experienced Process Assistant to join the new Reverse Logistics (ReLo) operation at BWU1. You will support the Area Manager, help run a ground-floor operation and learn a genuinely complex craft as we scale.
You'll assist with labour allocation, shift coverage, safety compliance and performance reporting, while coaching and supervising frontline associates. This is a rare opportunity to shape a brand-recent operation and advance into specialist and leadership roles.
