As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play an essential role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Key responsibilities

Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression.

Managing incoming calls, emails and patient enquiries.

Scheduling appointments and proactively managing the appointment book to maximise efficiency.

Processing payments, issuing invoices and managing patient accounts.

Following up with patients regarding appointments, treatment and outstanding enquiries.

Coordinating with dentists and dental assistants to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative documentation.

Supporting the Practice Manager with daily administrative tasks.

Helping maintain an organised, efficient and welcoming reception environment.

About you

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a bubbly personality.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confidence managing a busy appointment book and multiple priorities.

A friendly, professional and compassionate approach to patient care.

Confidence discussing treatment costs and processing payments.





Valuable computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

A positive, team-oriented mindset.

Experience with Core Practice would be advantageous.
