Reporting directly to the General Manager and Directors, you will oversee the financial administration and end-to-end inventory and logistics processes for O24 Life and the Oxygn® product range. This is a wide-ranging, hands-on position combining financial administration, basic bookkeeping, invoicing, inventory management and logistics coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring our financial records are accurate, stock levels are maintained, customer orders are processed efficiently, and deliveries are coordinated seamlessly from suppliers through to customers.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate bookkeeping across bank accounts, credit cards, suppliers and customers.

Prepare and issue customer invoices promptly for all orders.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment tracking and follow-up.

Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations.

Prepare monthly financial reports and provide accurate information to management.

Monitor supplier invoices, operating expenses and payment schedules.

Assist external accountants with financial documentation and reporting.

Create, process and monitor purchase orders for incoming stock.

Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels and product movements using Unleashed inventory software.

Coordinate freight providers for pallet deliveries, water shipments and customer orders.

About you





Demonstrated bookkeeping or finance administration experience.

Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.

Experience with inventory management systems, with Unleashed experience highly advantageous.

Previous exposure to logistics, freight coordination, purchasing or stock control.

Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

The ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Clear communication and confidence dealing with suppliers, freight companies and customers.

A practical, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
