Hunter Valley Concrete Pumping Service - Tomago NSW

Hunter Valley Concrete Pumping Service is seeking an experienced Fleet Allocator for the efficient daily co-ordination and allocation of trucks and personnel to customer sites. This role will involve a high volume of computer use and phone communication dealing with various clients, subcontractors and internal relations and general administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

- Planning and scheduling operators and fleet matching the correct equipment and personnel for the job
- Keep accurate records of current and completed jobs to ensure quality and consistency is maintained
- Manage bookings, cancellations and delays monitoring driver / operator fatigue management
- Sound geographical knowledge of Newcastle and surrounding areas
- Communicate honestly and effectively with all parties




- Participate in after hours and weekend phone and allocations roster

- Reliable with a good work ethic and professional manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good forward planning skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in fleet allocation / hire / concrete / transport
- Permanent work with good rates
- Progression path to manager for the right person
- Family orientated professional work setting
