Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service is seeking a Health Promotions Officer for the Rheumatic Heart Disease program to develop, implement and evaluate health promotion initiatives. You will work with Aboriginal communities, Elders and partner organisations to raise awareness, prevent disease and support early detection and management of ARF/RHD.
The role involves delivering culturally appropriate campaigns, conducting education sessions, and ensuring accurate reporting and monitoring of outcomes.
