Bidfood is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Leader at our Hoppers Crossing branch. You will lead up to 10 staff, oversee receival, replenishment, assembly, loading and delivery activities, and ensure product integrity through safe, productive operations.
The role is physical with some heavy lifting and requires a proactive, hands-on approach. You will manage rosters, coach staff, monitor budgets, and liaise with the Operations Manager on process changes.
