FIVE is on the hunt for an experienced Sous Chef to join us. The venue is equipped with 3 events spaces and a wine bar serving share plates with a focus on seasonal produce and hand stretched pizzas. The ideal candidate will:

- be well-organised and a career driven individual;
- have experience in a similar role of 2+ years;




- a creative person with an eye on current food trends;
- Passion for outstanding food and hospitality; and
- have experience within function service (highly regarded).

As a Sous Chef you will assist our Head Chef with the day to day operations of the kitchen as well as help with training of junior staff and writing of seasonal menus.
