About the role

MSS Security is seeking highly capable, decisive, and professional Rapid Response Security Officer to join our elite team supporting a prestigious banking client across Sydney's CBD. This is not your average security role. You will be the first point of contact in high-pressure situations, trusted to respond rapidly, assess risk, and take control when incidents occur. Operating across multiple sites, often at short notice, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety, protecting assets, and ensuring continuity of operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Rapid deployment across multiple CBD sites as operational needs arise
- Act as the primary responder to alarms, incidents, and emergencies




- Assess situations quickly and implement appropriate actions with confidence
- Deliver calm, professional, and customer-focused service under pressure
- Escort visitors and contractors in line with strict security protocols
- Liaise effectively with site teams, supervisors, and emergency services

About You

- Certificate II in Security Operations & current First Aid certification
- Valid NSW Security Licence
- High adaptability with the flexibility to work across multiple CBD locations
- Solid sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism
- Full Australian work rights
- Solid computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
- NV1 Clearance (Preferred but not mandatory)
