About the prospect

We are seeking an experienced Pega Project Delivery Manager to support the delivery of complex ICT projects for a large Federal Government department.

n

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will manage projects involving enterprise Pega and Cloud Pega platforms, supporting the delivery and integration of business applications and process automation solutions.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex Pega projects and system integrations.
n
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, dependencies and deliverables.
n
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and escalations.
n
- Engage with business stakeholders, technical teams and senior management.
n
- Prepare project plans, executive briefings, progress reports and governance documentation.
n
- Monitor project financials, budgets and forecasts.
n
- Support delivery planning, transition activities and continuous improvement.
n

Skills and experience

n

To be successful, you will bring:

n

n
- Proven experience delivering Pega projects or programs.
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an ICT Project Delivery Manager.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing complex system integration projects.
n
- Strong risk, issue and dependency management capabilities.
n




- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical teams.
n
- Experience preparing project documentation and reporting for senior stakeholders.
n

n

Experience with other case management platforms, Agile delivery methodologies and Federal Government ICT governance frameworks will be highly regarded.

n
