AC3 is a leading Australian-owned ICT MSP focused on secure multi-cloud solutions and enterprise/government support. This role centers on end-user computing device lifecycle management, targeted at optimizing acquisition, deployment, maintenance and disposal.
You will provide expert support for end users, handle Level 2/3 escalations, and work with security and MSP practices to maintain a stable, secure workplace across AC3 and customer devices.
