We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to support a large-scale enterprise technology portfolio delivering complex customer-facing and operational system enhancements. This role sits within a major digital transformation program and will play a key part in coordinating releases, deployments, environments, governance processes, and delivery activities across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end release management lifecycle across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Coordinate release planning, scheduling, governance, cutover activities, and deployment execution.
- Support integrated release outcomes across a complex application landscape.
- Develop deployment strategies, release plans, runbooks, and rollback procedures.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate release-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate environment readiness activities and obtain required approvals.
- Represent delivery teams at change governance and advisory forums.
- Manage release calendars, schedules, and setting planning.
- Create and maintain Change Requests, Work Orders, and related records in ServiceNow.
- Produce stakeholder communications and release reporting.
- Maintaining project boards, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Supporting governance standards across epics, stories, defects, dependencies, and project hierarchies.
- Assisting with alignment across Jira, Confluence, ALM, and reporting platforms.
- Providing project, sprint,



release, and executive-level reporting.
- 6+ years' experience managing releases and deployment activities within large, complex ICT programs.
- Strong experience coordinating multiple project streams with overlapping delivery timelines.
- Advanced Microsoft Project experience and demonstrated schedule management expertise.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical teams.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate both technical and non-technical resources.
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering against challenging deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to support deployments outside standard business hours when required.
- Experience working within customer, billing, CRM, market operations, or utility-related technology environments.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale regulatory or compliance-driven technology programs.
