About Guide Healthcare At Guide Healthcare, we do things differently. Since 2018, we've been challenging traditional models, backing bold ideas and building a workplace people genuinely want to be part of.

We're proud to support older Australians and people with disabilities through programs that are fun, meaningful and genuinely impactful.

Most importantly, we attract Physiotherapists who are fun, flexible and creative. Expect cross-site competitions, innovative programs and clients who constantly surprise us with what they can achieve, including:

- 88-year-old weightlifting competition winners
- People with one leg competing in long jump
- People progressing from two-person physical assistance to independently completing virtual marathons

We believe great allied health is about more than treatment - it's about helping people achieve things they never thought possible.
