Service Coordinator | Wind Energy

Newcastle | Join a brand-new regional operation

We’re partnering with a global business as it establishes a new facility and service team in Newcastle. The operation will support a key wind energy client with the servicing, availability and movement of specialised tools and equipment used across wind farm operations.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator will keep the day-to-day operation moving across customer communication, service and parts orders, systems, quotations and invoicing. As part of the foundation team, you’ll also help establish the processes that support the facility as it grows.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Creating and processing service and parts orders
- Prioritising orders around customer and operational requirements
- Keeping customers informed of order progress, equipment availability and fleet status
- Preparing approved quotations and following up purchase orders
- Reviewing labour, materials, travel and other costs before invoicing
- Maintaining accurate pricing, order and customer information within the ERP system
- Coordinating with technicians, suppliers and global support teams
- Understanding customer requirements and upcoming demand
- Managing local expenses and supporting the Service Manager with general office and team coordination
- Helping establish and improve local systems and processes

What We’re Looking For

You may come from technical services, maintenance, engineering, industrial equipment or renewable energy,



with experience coordinating the administrative and operational requirements behind effective service delivery.

- Previous experience in service coordination, planning or a similar position
- Strong customer service skills and commercial awareness
- Experience with orders, quotations, purchase orders and invoicing
- Confidence using Excel, Outlook and ERP or service management systems
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A reliable, flexible and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to prioritise and work independently
