GM, supporting recruitment across both our Brisbane and Melbourne offices.

The Opportunity

This isn't your typical recruitment support position!You'll be working closely with our GM, helping manage recruitment assignments across the Property and Real Estate sectors in both Brisbane and Melbourne, while also supporting internal hiring as we continue to develop our teams.

The role is a combination of talent management, candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination and marketing, with plenty of variety and the opportunity to get involved in different areas of the business.

You'll also work alongside our wider recruitment team, supporting consultants, building candidate relationships and helping deliver successful recruitment outcomes.

We're looking for someone who loves being organised, enjoys working with people and gets satisfaction from making a real difference.
Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the GM to support external recruitment assignments across Brisbane and Melbourne
- Source, identify and engage candidates across Property, Real Estate and Development roles
- Assist with internal recruitment, including attracting and coordinating potential new team members




- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Conduct candidate screening, reference checks and interview coordination
- Support recruitment administration, database management and candidate follow-up
- Assist with job advertisements, LinkedIn searches and proactive candidate resourcing
- Help organise meetings, manage recruitment processes and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Work collaboratively with consultants across both offices
- Bring ideas, initiative and a positive attitude to a busy, supportive environment

The Criteria We are open-minded about your background. You may currently be working in:

- Internal recruitment or talent acquisition
- Agency recruitment or candidate resourcing
- Real estate or property administration
- Recruitment coordination or operations
- Executive or team support within a fast-paced business
