PMO Director - Finance Transformation

We are seeking an experienced PMO Director to lead governance, portfolio oversight and delivery performance across a significant Finance transformation.

Working closely with senior executives and program leaders, you will bring strategic direction, commercial discipline and a clear line of sight across the transformation portfolio.

Key responsibilities

- Establish effective governance, delivery frameworks and portfolio management disciplines.
- Align roadmaps, milestones, resources and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Deliver clear reporting on portfolio performance, risks, issues and delivery progress.
- Oversee investment, forecasting, financial performance and benefits realisation.
- Challenge delivery plans, resolve cross-program issues and escalation risks where required.
- Equip executives with the insights needed to make informed decisions and maintain delivery momentum.
- Strengthen PMO processes, reporting and transformation governance.

About you





You are a commercially astute transformation leader who combines strategic perspective with the delivery discipline required to oversee complex, enterprise-wide programs.

- Proven experience leading a PMO or Transformation Office at Director or equivalent level.
- Strong experience across Finance / ERP or business transformation programs.
- Expertise in portfolio governance, integrated planning, financial management and benefits realisation.
- The ability to translate complex program information into clear, actionable executive insights.
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders, challenging constructively and driving accountability.
- A pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach to delivering complex business change.
