We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team in Gladstone. This is a hands‑on generalist HR role covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training coordination and HR administration.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Working closely with the broader AESTEC team, you will provide practical HR support across our growing workforce and help ensure our people processes are effective, compliant and well organised.

Your responsibilities will include:

- End‑to‑end recruitment support including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks and offers
- Coordinating onboarding, including pre‑employment medicals, drug and alcohol testing and employment contracts
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee and candidate records
- Supporting employee relations matters, including performance discussions, investigations and disciplinary processes
- Preparing and updating employment contracts, variation letters and other HR documentation
